FAQ's

From time to time, we get asked a few questions – We thought we would jot down a few of the ones that come up the most often so that you might find answers to your questions here.

1.)    Do you travel to other places to do work? 

Yes.  We travel a lot, to a lot of places.  Special arrangements are made of course, but we do this every month.

2.)    How long will it take to get an appointment? 

We can arrange it in a few days.   It  is company policy to meet with you as soon as possible.  You will not wait a month and a half or hear that we “are too busy” because as a client, you are our first priority.

3.)    How much money do I need to have to work with SNI? 

That depends on how much money you want to dedicate to your project.  Most of our complete rooms will run upwards of 10K. 

4.)    Is there a minimum dollar amount to work with your firm?

Yes and No.  You can call our offices, and we will help you with that information.

5.)    Do you have any items in your office that I can buy? 

From time to time we might, but because we pride ourselves on the custom aspect of interior design, we do not keep furniture on hand.  We order everything custom from the trade so that you can get a one of a kind home or office that reflects you, not someone else. From the time you tell us to order, it will usually be about 4-6 weeks until you have something fabulous to live in!

6.)    I love what you did for my friend, can I get a few yards of that fabric?

No offense, but no.  We only specify one fabric one time, and we do this because our clients hire us to create spaces for them, not their neighbors.  You can become a client and we will happily create a space that reflects you, but will not short change any of our other client projects.

7.)     I want to renovate my kitchen, bath and basically my entire home. Do you do this? 

Yes, all of the time.  We do the planning, and drawings and schematics for you.  We are not contractors though, you will need one of those. Most of the projects you see in magazines, etc are photos of renovations.  We of course are not architects, but work with them and a team of folks to make your project special.  We are well known for our choice of materials – give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.
