NCIDQ CERTIFICATE #021955
President, Principal Designer (Memphis, Nashville)
After moving to Memphis, TN
in 1997 to accept my first "real" job - I think I realized just how
much I was in love with the profession of interior design. I attended
high school in Spring Hill, TN and earned my degree in HES/Interior Design from
The University of Tennessee
at Martin in December of 1997. I worked in several areas of interior
design and then woke up and decided it was time to put my childhood dreams into
action - so Shea-Noel Interiors, Inc. was born.
A little about me? I am married, 2 kids, 2
dogs, lots of hobbies...pretty normal. But, outside of my home? I am on
an incredible ride where I get to design for great folks, travel to great
places and capture my client's personalities for an end result that is
amazing.
You may have seen my
work published in a number of magazines, books, or on HGTV, but that is just
the end results of great partnerships between me, my firm and our
clients. Pretty cool I think.
I have had the opportunity to do some pretty cool things.....I have been a adjunct professor at UTM, teaching the Commercial ID senior studio, been hired to work in historic homes, design custom upholstery and furniture pieces, and get to travel to a little resort community a lot to design second homes for clients.
Having fun doing what I do is great, but I take it very seriously. Watching out for your best
interest is paramount. I am NCIDQ certified, a member of ASID, IIDA and
also getting ready to start serving a two year term on the State of Tennessee's ASID Board
as Member-At-Large. I am also working towards LEED AP certification and am a member of the USGBC. Outside of work I support Breast Cancer Research, St. Jude's Children Hospital, Les Passees, Green Hope Foundation, Zeta Tau Alpha, and independant film festivals in the Memphis area.

NCIDQ CERTIFICATE #022054
Principal Designer (Nashville)
I graduated from Hardin
County High School and am a proud alumni of The University
of Tennessee
at Martin. Since graduating with a degree in HES Interior Design, I have worked in high-end residential, commercial, and architectural firms
and am an Architectural Drafting and AutoCAD Certified Detail Drafter.
After moving to the Nashville,
TN area five years ago, I have worked with many builders in the custom building arena, clients and joined Shea-Noel Interiors, Inc. as the design philosophy of the firm
was very much in line with my own. Shea-Noel Interiors, Inc. is a great
firm, and the dedication to clientele are unmatched. I knew when this
opportunity presented itself – it was right for me and would be even better for
Shea-Noel clients in the Middle Tennessee
Area.
My experience in the building industry provides me with the tools to present
realistic budgets to clients and design complete spaces. In between appointments, I work as an instructor at O’More College of Design and also teach
Residential Kitchen and Bath, Advanced AutoCAD and 3-D Modeling, and Autodesk Architectural
Desktop.
In my spare time,
I love to travel to fun new places, read, spend time with my family, research and most recently I started running again. I am an NCIDQ certified interior designer, Registered in the State of Tennessee and am currently working towards LEED AP Certification.
